I have been painting all my life and making art is an obsession that I embrace
with every fiber of my being. I don't follow fashion or trend but seek only to
submerge myself in that object or thing that compels me to paint it. Every
painting is a new experience and poses new challenges and solutions that
require an open mind as well as an open eye. I seek to explore the world
around me by the means within me. I am drawn to the edge of the road where
time exposes the vulnerabilities and the allure of our shared existence,
hoping that knowing where we have been might give us a glimpse as to
where we are going.
