William Greiner lived in Fort Worth, TX for a number of years. In an adjoining neighborhood, there was a traffic circle that caught his attention, particularly the elaborate directional sign on the road before it. Greiner developed a fascination with the traffic circle and the sign, even feeling a sense of pride in its design. He would often stop and photograph it, capturing all its intricate details in around 100 photographs.
A few years later, Greiner found himself inspired by the curves, lines, and ovals he had observed at that spot. This inspiration led him to create a series of paintings titled "Road Sign in Designer Colors." These paintings are the artistic expression of his appreciation for the traffic circle and its sign.
