This is meant as a meditative piece with harmonies of reds, red-violets and orange-reds, intended to energize and motivate creativity and passion in the viewer. Red is the color of the root chakra, associated with courage, strength and passion. The orange hues promote creativity while the violet hues stimulate spiritual connection. The spiral is a symbol that appears in many cultures, often representing the cycle of life, growth, expansion and cosmic energy. It can represent the path from outer consciousness of the material world to the soul’s inner consciousness of enlightenment, cosmic awareness and connection to the source. It can also represent the consciousness of the universe and nature, beginning at the source or center and expanding outwardly.
