Most of my work is a direct response to significant moments in my life. Many of them express my feelings of that very moment. I do not make my prints, they “ask" to be made. Energy flows around us all the time, and I am trying to capture it: high, low, small, grand, simple, and/or complex, sometimes even violent, but mostly positive. My work is trying to express all that. I love color and shapes. Music also plays a big part in my art work. I use my own printing technique with magnet back linoleum sheets, a most rewarding process that lets me explore all sorts of possibilities.

“I have spent the better part of four decades creating and curating art, and I have known and worked with so many amazing creative professionals. As we come out of one of the most difficult years this planet has experienced, I am excited and hopeful to share with the Santa Fe art community the wonderful works of Mr. Eddie Lee, and I am very happy to have Eddie by my side to open Aurelia Gallery,” says gallery owner Marius Mureșanu. “My goal is to offer patrons and artists alike the creative experience of a true art salon.”
