Michael Deen studied art at North Texas State University under accomplished Fort Worth Artist, Vernon Fischer. He received a BFA with a concentration in painting & drawing. He continued his education studying a semester at the Northlake college, Rome Italy campus, after which he began showing his work at Trompe L’oeil gallery in Deep Ellum, Dallas, TX.
Michael now resides in Edgewood, NM where he, Stephanie, and Savannah Strangis have a non-profit animal rescue ranch, Wildflower Ranch and Rescue, from which part of the proceeds from every sale go to helping animals in need: https://www.wildflowerrescue.org
